UPworld provides a new and exciting way for real estate and building professionals to meet each other and make valuable business connections online! UPworld is the first website to globally connect architects, planners, contractors, fabricators, developers, investors, engineers, and suppliers all on a single platform. UPworld's innovative platform connects professionals to one another for new business opportunities, deals, and projects. By signing up to become a member, UPworld members create online profiles and portfolios to showcase their skills and expertise. They network with each other to establish valuable business connections and form project teams.

UPworld recognizes that the real estate and building industry is highly disconnected, fragmented, and specialized, and yet real estate brokers, developers, architects, and contractors all need one another in order to survive. UPworld believes that we need a more open, shared, integrated approach to development and building. The archaic chain-of-communication model - financier talking to developer, talking to the architect, talking to the contractor - is counterproductive. Everyone needs to be communicating with one another simultaneously, changing the way buildings are designed and developed.

A partnership with our organization would mean that they would have the opportunity to increase their scope, visibility and reach. We are interested in developing partnerships where a mutually beneficial/no cost relationship is formed and your database of members would find interest and gain in availing of Upworld's soc*ial network. We are also willing to go into a revenue sharing contract where your organization can make 15% of future revenues from your members who join and sign up for the first year, and maybe 5% for following years. We are open to co-marketing and co-advertising efforts with our partners but it does not end there. We welcome any feedback, suggestions and comments to ensure that the partnership will be a win-win for everyone. The possibilities are endless.
