Default Starting a company in international real estate

    Hey guys!
Just joined a few minutes ago-
I just started working in Real Estate and am assisting in starting an internaitonal real estate company. I am responsible pretty much for getting all in place: creative, site, contacts, contracts, commissions, etc... I tell my Boss what we need and he forks the cash.

My experience: Im 22, just gradded uni and have a hunger for learning with little knowledge under the belt related to what Im doing. My Boss, who is supremely busy has given me an EXCELLENT opportunity and I want to make the most of it as well as impress.

Where Im at: Have some leads in the international real estate community who are interested in selling our local projects in Vancouver.

Questions for you - the next step:
What would YOU ask to ensure someone is legitimate and can sell our projects? What hints would deter YOU from working with a certain person/ company? People have been asking me for a contract to seal the deal - where do I even go to get this - Real Estate Lawyer? - and how much would this cost?

all suggestions and advice very very VERY appreciated!!!!!
    Thanks so much!!!

A real estate lawyer would be yur first choice to discuss contracts of that nature....also govenment offices in the province of the land for sale would be another good resource...best of luck
