Default How fast can I close?

Just wondering how quickly I can go from putting in a contract to actually closing on a house. Anyone have any ideas?

If you are paying cash it can close as quickly as you can get a title search done and all the paperwork drawn up and signed by all parties. Two weeks should be doable but you should ask your agent to be sure.

If you are getting a loan it could take between 2 weeks and 2 months depending on the lender and your credit.
