    Cool RE: Please suggest me?

I think you have to think about. Because this question is coming in your mind. If you are a seller or a buyer and you have no resource to sale and buying from another. So you should use a real estate agent.

Real estate agents can always find what you are looking for and what you would need even if you are still undecided on what those are. Real estate agents may earn through you but it is going to be all worth it. There will be those that charges high and there will be those who would take just the right commission, regardless, as long as you find what's best for you, it is going to be all worthit.

The entire process of buying a house is so complex, so hiring an agent is easiest to get through with an agent by their side.

If you're asking that question from the perspective of a buyer, the real question is, "why wouldn't you use a real estate salesperson?" You see, as a prospective buyer, you don't have to pay the real estate agent who is helping you find a home - they get paid by the seller of the home you end up buying. Basically, you get someone who can help you find the home you're looking for and you get that help for free.
