Is a Real Estate developer thinking about the consumer

I think with changing times, even real estate is changing its working pattern.
From a mere concept of sq ft. and BHK flats it is now moving towards the desires and needs of the consumers.Township is the new trend that has come up which I feel in a way is an advantage to the consumer. What do you think about it as a buyer?

Any property developer or businessmen for that matter had a particular customer in mind. May it be families or businesspeople. They will develop that property based on the specific needs of that customer and not on what they think that the customer should have.

I remember the 1st class of sales and the teacher starts with the phrase 'Customer is GOD' and then the 2 famous rules which says Customer is always right and if the customer is wrong follow rule no.1

Obviously, customers are getting smarter (Thanks to internet and free information) and when customer started to get smart then modes of Real estate also started to get changed. now a days customer requirement and satisfaction is every thing and above anything.

yes, of course consumer's are very important factors for Real Estate Agents.

Yes, reputable RE developer do think on their customer's welfare because they are their biggest assets. Without them they will never succeed in the business.
