Lightbulb Is Permamently Swapping Your House better than Selling it??

Is permanently trading your home better than selling it?? The real estate market is at an all time low and it's become difficult to sell your home. Perhaps trade is the answer to this problem!!
We run a website for house swapping/trading. All homeowners are welcome to list their properties on our website. It is absolutely free. There are currently several thousand great properties offered for permanent swap/trade on our site. If you want to add your house on the site you can easily do it here: besthouseswap.com
If you do not want to open this link, you can enter Best House Swap in Google and
the website will be on the first page.
Our site is working for two years now. TIME Magazine has ran a story about us, and we have also been on CNBC, ABC, and Daily News.
    Please give feedback on this.

I have heard of this barter like tradeoff in which homeowners will switch houses instead of buying it. It is quite good either than letting your home languish for several months in the real estate market. But in most cases, this will only work if the potential swappers have no potential house preference and if the address of the swappers is preferrable for swapping.

I think they do this for vacation properties with some success. However I cannot see it working on a permament base for homes.

It can be hard enough to find the right home for a buyer. Now imagine if once the buyer finds a home they like the seller has to agree they like the buyers old home

If you can trade up for an even better house.... sure why not?

I think bartering a house is nice, but be sure it has the same value as your house.
