What is the longest you have went with out a closing?

I am currently on my third month with out a closing. This is longest I have went in five years without a closing. What is the longest you guys have wnet with out a closing? Please let me know, I am feeling down in the dumps.

In my first year, I went 5 months between my second and third closing. Good luck to you...

So far, 7 months. That was during the height of the foreclosures. I am getting some prospects now, but closing any deal is really hard these days.

hello,

I went to refin my house with Chase, I went 3 months without closing and they keep asking for more documents. We finally got fed up and we went with someone else.
It took us 30 days to close and we got a much better rate.

The longest I went was 6 month. At times I was very discourage but eventually I closed a deal so do not feel discouraged go out there get leads, get tips and you will be fine
