Default What are your chances on get your offer approved on a short sale home?

Your chances of getting short sale approved depend on many factors. If the seller has a true financial hardship, who is processing/negotiating the short sale, and the bank you are trying to get an approval from. I'm sure there are lots of people out there that say they can get it done, I'd say give it at least three months to see how the process goes. If you are really wanting the property then wait longer. Short sales can take as little as one month to up to12 months. So be prepared.
