Bird-Dog (puppy) Newbie
Hello!
Im an aspiring bird dog. I have an interest in locating properties at a discount, presenting the deal to seasoned investors, then profiting (finder's fee) from the transaction. What attracted me to this particular service was it requires no money or credit.
I'm very much a newbie to real estate so I could really use some advice to help me get up and running.
Sincerely,
Lee H

I showed some people a home last night that were looking to do the same thing. I'm not really familiar with this but welcome to the forum.

Familiarize yourself with investment calculators and how to properly assess the potential profit for an investor in any given property. Depending on the investors' goals (i.e. 'buy and hold' long-term, flip, rehab, cap rate), the criteria would be different and properties that would work well in one scenario might not in another. Educate yourself and work hard, real estate investors for the most part are pretty savvy people.
