Actually i started real estate business 2 years back only. Starting itself i suffered a lot because of the economy crisis; i was not able to continue my business further and moreover i was so depressed, but i fought to maintain my position stable and now i'm earning a lot in real estate business.
    Work hard and think innovative,

I wanted to start my own business. I explored a number of options and choose real estate, because of its low start up costs. I don't have much capital invested in my business. I have built my real estate business every year, but it was a struggle in the beginning. I've been in the business three years and every year the number of homes sold has gone down. Last year saw a 4.1% increase in homes sold but still a 16% drop in overall sales volume in my area.

It would be good to have another source of revenue when you start in real estate. I didn't have that and it was tough.
