Hi, ive been a real estate agent since 07 i have experience in bpos unfortunately it was doing them for other people for cheap!!! the way things are here in miami i really dont have a choice since deals are falling through left and right . Anyways i signed up to the following places
    Farvv
    emortgagelogic
    clear capitol
    safaeguard
    reo-trans (piece of s...)
    ect ect.

I have heard back from any of these,They tell me when they have bpos in my area they will contact me. I live in miami Foreclosure capitol of the US and i alway put i service miami dade and broward county!!!! i know theres alot of agents signing up and i feel like the only one who hasnt gotten any bpos from anyone yet. Has anyone signed up with a company and actually gotten bpos in like a month or less of signing up? need the help bad i havent had any cash flow in over 4 1/2 months.

    Thanks

Sometimes it is a roll of the dice, the ones you have mentioned are pretty good and dont forget to include reo prep.

If you fill out your BPO company applications with the same effort, attention to detail, and grammar I am not surprised you have not received any BPOs. You need to make sure that you have someone or several people proof read your application and any posts you make. I know that asset managers are using just about anything possible to disqualify people from BPOs and especially listings.

from my personal experience, i say sign up with as many companies as possible and this will give you a better chance.

I would sign up with as many as you can you never know which ones will be busy one month from the next.

Default THe worst BPO company! Beware

Beware of Evalonline.com I am owed for about 50 orders including interiors. Last and only payment I received on 6/24/10 for orders that were completed in March of 2010. I have called, emailed (vendor inquiry)..nothing.

    Thumbs up bpo

Try other BPO's , I know you could find one better than the one you have.
