Default New Broker - Commercial Shopping Center Retail Space

[FONT=Arial]I just recently received my California Broker license.
All I have is my license number right now and I am using my home address as the principal place of business. I do not have any actual real estate experience. I was qualified to take the exam based on the courses I took during my 4 year bachelor

This is something your State should be able to help you with, if you are asking what to do.

I would also STRONGLY suggest you join an NAR's org. If you are on your own, they will be able to provide you with contracts and agreements, etc. Its no fun to have to create them on your own.
