    Default Real Estate Auctions

How many of you have experience with real estate auctions? Do you find it is a good option for buying or selling luxury real estate?

I think that at auctions some real estate is a bit expensive than at usual sales. I don't like auctions. I think they are good for luxury houses if you want to sell them, but not to buy.

Real Estate auctions are a good option for those that have the cash and resources to handle any issues they may encounter after the purchase of the property. Properties sold at real estate auctions are sold as-is and come with very few warranties. You are able to view the property prior to purchase but you are unable to do an in-depth inspection of the property prior to purchase. Real estate auctions oftentimes do provide great deals for luxury properties. If you are going to get involved in real estate auctions I would recommend that you partner with a licensed contractor in the area who can inspect the property prior to your purchase.
