Real estate Purchase - Neighbor's fence on my property
When I purchased a building, I didnt see a fence of the neighbor at my property. Later when I noticed it, that time I owned the property already. What should I do? Accept the property as it is or is there any way out for me.

This is probably going to require a survey and the help of a real estate attorney in your area since the laws vary from state to state.

Thanks Mark for your prompt reply. My house is in the state of Georgia. Surveys are generally done prior to house purchase. Do I still have a chance to appeal or am I burdened with it?

Why didn't you get the property surveyed before the purchase or as a contingency of the purchase?
I am not licensed in GA, so you may need to speak with either your agent or an attorney in GA regarding the laws there.Mark Brian Silver Star Real Estate

The first thing you're going to have to do is hire a surveyor to get a survey done - that is the only way you can determine where your property actually ends and where your neighbors property begins. Without that information, you don't even know if you have a problem. If the survey indicates that your neighbor's fence is encroaching on your property, then you have two options...1) talk to the neighbor and see if you can work the problem out on your own or 2) contact an attorney and see what your legal options are.
