looking for a program to manage my work.
Hi gentls,
i am looking for simple program that can be used to help brokers to manage their own daily tasks..on their offices.
also if u cna help me is there any program that can be used by shared between clients to share information or get their offers.

Do you have a website? If you have, I suggest you get some online appointment-setters work for you 24/7. You can search Google and you'll find a lot. One example is live247support. com. Their online appointment-setters/live chat operators organize viewings by sending you text alerts to your cellphone using an online synchronized calendar everytime they set up an appointment with a visitor online. Billing is on per minute basis starting from 6 cents.

I have used a database software called Mark-it systems for 8+ years now and absolutely swear by it. Anything I have ever wanted to do is in there. It's designed for Real Estate Brokers and Lenders.

I think what you need is an online project management program. There are a lot of project management tools that can help you organize with a few simple click. You can try WorkEtc or Basecamp.
