Default Does Condo Life Suit You?

There are a many benefits to owning your own - chief among them the fact that you actually own your own condo! However, along with the benefits, there can be unforeseen hassles. For example, a condo can be more than a financial commitment; it's a social commitment as well.

If you are thinking about making a purchase in the near future, don't forget to consider the ways condo living could affect your life.

    Default Condo

Of course, before you actually purchase a condo, you must love into the rules and regulations that the building has. IF you can live with it then go for it and if not, better to look for other condo. Actually, you have lots to choose from, just do your search before buying. You have to go with the condo that suits your lifestyle.

    Default condo boards

ide live at home first before i followed some ones rules i can understand keeping your area clean and don't be a pig and noise levels but when the board starts telling you what color curtains to hang in your unit and or you can't remodel your unit to your liking it has to be the same as the others so when you sell it. sounds like controll to me!!!

i prefer to own and live in a landed property. no doubt condo is good for investment purpose. but landed properties appreciate faster in market value. this also depends on location of the property.

For single person maybe condo would be a good option but for people with children I think house is the ideal dwelling place where there is yard or space for the family to roam around.
