    Default need ssl certificate

    can someone tell me
    how can get and where ssl certificate affordable?
    and how can i install it?

    You can buy the certificate almost anywhere. Verisign and Thawte (now the same company I think) have very well known certs; however, they are IMHO ungodly expensive!

    You can buy SSL certs from godaddy for about $29/year, which is the cheapest I've come across, and they work with pretty much any webserver.

    Each hosting vendor has a different way to install certs. You'll need to check with them on:
    a) how to generate a CSR (godaddy or other signer will need this)
    b) what type of cert to request (probably Apache if your hosting vendor is any good)
    property management software - Free software for managing your rentals
    tenant screening - instant criminal, eviction, and background checks
