Default How do I get more people to post on my blog?

I have a real estate blog about real estate and the community of Breckenridge and the surrounding cities here in Summit County. Does anyone have any good techniques to get people to post things on my blog?

I should mention I am looking for relevant content not just spam bots.

    Thanks

Recieveing alot of comments on a hyperlocal real estate blog can be tough. My best suggestions would be to go "do follow" with your blog and add the blog to Eric Bramlett's do follow real estate blog list. Just google that phrase and his list should come up first. Next do not solely post on local stuff also jump into national conversations giving a twist on how it affects your local market. Good Luck.

I think that to gain good amount of traffic to your blog you'll have to post interesting articles - may be related to your area work miracles for you.
