Homes for sale in Carefree, Cave Creek, Central Corridor, North Phoenix, Paradise Valley, Pinnacle Peak, Rio Verde and Scottsdale Real Estate.

I can offer 25% referral fee for deals over $250,000. Sorry, but no referrals under that amount as there are not really any homes in the areas I serve under that range. I only work residential real estate, single family homes, new homes, resale homes and residential land/homesites. No multi-family homes or commercial real estate.

Sorry, I didn't see this post, with the lack of notifications and all.

I am looking for buyers agents to be on a split with me, but if she has a large client base already she'd be foolish to work for someone else, IMO. Have her call me if she is interested and we'll talk. 602-404-9700 Have her mention this forum because I get unsolicited calls and resumes a lot.
