I am a realtor and I found some great rates with a lender called Fidelity Financial Mortgage Corporation. I wanted to know if anyone has done business with Fidelity Financial. Being my skeptical self, I was wondering if anyone can tell me if this company is reputable?

I'm amused to find a realtor posting 3 times about a lending institution and never about his/her own business.
Where do you operate?

Great. How do they work... I didn't think realtors were normally that interested in investors...

Definite spamage. You could tell from the first post.
The relationship between lenders and realtors is local -- so if an agent was going to ask about a lender, he'd ask other local agents -- not post it on the web.
Then he/she talks about "we" have some great investor programs, which I take to mean "loan programs"....suddently he/she/it is a lender, not a Realtor.
Besides, lenders all have basically the same rates....so in the first post he/she/it isn't really talking like an informed agent, anyway. At least none that I know.
I must be in a grumpy mood again. I dislike spamming in forums.
Of the two choices, Wells Fargo. I worked for Directors Mortgage, which got bought by Norwest, which bought Wells Fargo and changed their name to Wells Fargo. Still, I quit to do my own thing.
