Looking for foreclosure education and data provider

Has anyone heard of a company called Foreclosure Trackers? I am looking for foreclosure training / education and data provider. They seem to have an interesting strategy of foreclosure investing with defaulted mortgages and wanted to see what the community thought before I made a decision.

I have heard of them (ForeclosureTrackers), but have not worked with them at any level. However what I have heard is all good things. I think they have free foreclosure webinars and seminars.
