Hey,

In general I like a number of things you have done with the website. First, I like the search for home link in the header and the button in the content. Great placement, however I would actutally accentuate the link in the header a bit more to make it stand out.

In addition all your title tags show san francisco bay area real estate. It is clear you are going after this term, however I would make sure that the other pages support this focus of the main page title tag and not just repeat it. As most SEO's know, getting page one for a single key term doesn't guarentee success as that doesn't always last, but getting pacement for multiple terms is what creates success over the long run.

When I looked at it there were links over the banner on my computer. Perhaps it's just my computer, but something worth looking into.
