Anyone know of books that have helped them become a better Realtor --be it a biography of successful businessmen, or more info/how-to oriented?
List them here! :)
Thanks!

The MREA Book by Gary Keller completely changed the way that I looked at my real estate business. He also has a new book out call SHIFT that is completely geared toward the present market conditions and what agent need to to to survive and thrive. Another great resource is the just released Baylor University's Keller Center's Real Estate Industry Research Report.
Here are some links to information on all of the above books. Good luck.

Read everything. A couple of quickies to add to the above list: 1 minute salesman and 1 minute manager.

Looking back, and having read all of the books mentioned by other posters (minus Codythebest), I highly recommend reading The 4 Hour Work Week by Timothy Ferriss.

I think the books recommended are ok, but you should read as much inman, star power, rismedia, broker agent news, and the like as you can. Time will make you a competent agent. Becoming a good business person takes more time and experience in my mind.
