Underground sections

what do you guys think about some more underground sections such as politics, games, sports and even dating (no joke).

It would be members only so that the spiders from search engines cannot crawl it. Just an idea :cool:

It will be visible to members only I was thinking. But then again, why not be visible to everyone. Trying to figgure out what realtors like. Webmasters like to goof off with different topics. Real estate seems more serious which is why I need some input from you guys :)

btw I am in oregon right now, near Eugene :)

For sure it needs to be members only.

We have a very "themed" website here and I don't think we should risk mucking it up with dating, sports, etc. Those types of things, actually all things not real estate should be in a members only view mode. This way the SE's still think there is nothing but real estate on this site. Helping to further us along in that direction by keeping within our theme.

Got the joke section and in addition I was thinking;

News (including politics etc)
Entertainment (anything clean goes)

personal issues, problems and how to solve them (something where members can talk about stuff that is on their minds and causing them trouble)

and then I was thinking about whatever you guys think would be good to discuss.

I was actually thinking about a dating section, too. Since many young professional realtors can hook up in there. The majority of realtors are female, right ?

I haven't heard that before... I think it is a fairly equal field. 50% men and 50% women.

Oh, Matt, I don't know that it's fairly equal. 85% of real estate agents here in PDX are blonde and female!!! Must be the "yin" energy of Portland. :D Funny though, most mortgage bankers here are male.

Yes!

We are average human beings as well as real estate agents so we do like other things in life, but the SE's only need to see Real Estate information on this forum to help us in the SERP's and help us to build power in our theme.

Who cares about grammar, this is chat rooms and forums :D I love general chat, we have needed one badly. General chats rock. Let's use it and see what we can attract some realtors with. It is so hard to get real estate people to losen up and get down. hehe

It's always good to have a more relaxed area in the forums to discuss non-site related topics.

I have notied the jokes section but haven't had a chance to post some there yet.
