Hi, I'm interested in getting my RE license.
I ran into "Allied Real Estate School"
Seems to be very legit and approved by the FREC.
Anyone in Florida use Allied to get their license (for the 63 hour requirement)?
How long did it take to complete?
Thanks!

Allied Real Estate School is a member of the Real Estate Educators Association (REEA) - web site: reea.org
I did a search on the REEA web site. Their web site says that Allied Real Estate School is located in Lake Mary, Florida.
Most of these proprietary schools are not intended to provide legitimate academic education.
The real estate commissions just want to have some level of assurance that the licensee is a real, live person instead of a licensee created on paper.
Having a person physically show up and provide identification gives the general public a layer of protection against fraud.
You might need to check with the FREC to make sure that the 63 hour course that Allied is offering is approved by them.
