Has anyone enrolled in the Armando Montelongo course? I want to get started in REI but I definitely need a mentor. Unfortunately, his course
is over 5K. If anyone has enrolled in his course please post your comment. I would greatly appriciate it. Thank you. :confused:

as much as I hate that guy, he's pretty knowledgeable about house flipping. i am rather surprised he can get people to pay $5000 for a course on house flipping, wonder if he actually personally takes his students on work sites to learn live issues
