Hi everyone. I recently became a new real estate agent. I have been a stay at home mom for a little while while I have been building websites and working from home. I was going a little stir crazy though, and decided that although I love my new son, I did not want to be a sahm any longer. Maybe I would work part time.

I used to work in commercial real estate before I became a mom. But since I moved to another state and have been at home for so long, I just do not have the contacts anymore. I am finding it difficult in this economy and as a new real estate agent to get any listings.

So I started a new site aptly name howtogetlistings dot com (I am not able to leave a link yet on this forum) It is a free cms site for real estate agents. Here, seasoned professionals can log on and donate their expertise with some articles on how to get listings. If you have any tips and tricks, I am hoping that you can donate an article or two for me! You can create a profile and put in your website if you want. It is a completely free site. I just need to get it rolling. You can remain anonymous on your articles, or leave your info. It is up to you.

THANK YOU SO MUCH!

when i started real estate a year ago now i ust walked the streets day in day out talking to people, before long i had to employ a pa and now i have two, one to do paperwork for listing and one to do buyers as i just ejoy some much talking to people and also enjoy internet marketing myself.

But to get leads when your new the good old fassioned way of just talking face to face is the best way
