Hi Everyone,

Im not here to promote my website CompareIDX.com because it's already ranked #1 in google and yahoo.

I'm here to share information I've been gathering for nearly 2 years on who is the best IDX provider by makeing a detailed comparison chart and to help foster competition among the IDX providers so we Realtors can benifit.

there are two new items I want to add to the comparison chart:

1) what IDX providers add our listings to google base, trullia, etc..
2) what IDX provider has the best conversion rate?

I currently use listingware and it's 1 person registering for every 40 people who enter their idx interface, I had double the results when I was using idxpro, but idxpro didn't have the features I wanted, so I'm actually back in the market to find a all around best of the best idx provider.

They're charging us monthly fees so we might as well look for the best and get the most money out of it.

my #1 concern is conversion rate, skyemark claims to have a 1 every 15 rate, what rates are you getting and from who?
