Here in Minneapolis, many agents have used mlsfinder for their IDX solution. The feedback for the most part has been very positive. I know they have a couple options with the map search and then also with the normal search option....anyone else in Minnesota or around the country have anyone they can recommend?

Does your association provide access to raw MLS data... ? We do have access to raw MLS data here in Florida.. If that is the case you may get a custom application for your business instead of usinga third part IDX company... that is what we did ...

I agree. I have read that raw data is the best way to go these days. I have been doing some research on as much as I can, and so far that's been the general consensus.

It has a lot of features...The system downloads the MLS listings once a day, and updates its database. Admin has option to choose featured listings, featured projects, modify each ML listings, etc etc....

I can't say enough good things about MLSfinder. We've used their tool on our site for 2.5 years and it produces very leads if you can get people to your site. Clients really like it too.
