Signatures does not shows all the time..you need to wait 48 hours I think and continue posting...
I cannot understand the rules of this forum regarding signatures though... In some post, signatures does not appear..

You should check the number of words you posted in each post they should be minimum of 15 words to qualify.... other than that try checking your signiture to see that the code is correctly configured.
Good luck

You may search for answers in the forum itself also. I did it for you and found this link with explanation about the signatures...

you should post longer in order for your signature to come out...about a 2 liner sentence.. try it...but if still it wouldn't show up try reading the forum rules..:)

I didn't realize I was stuck on 5! I'd probably be at 8 if I had listened to you guys. I'll work on posting more than 2 sentances each time... If I post a bunch of emoticons would that count toward my number of words in a post? I wonder...

Wait.. is there also a certain word count to be considered as one post in this forum? hmm..

That seems to be the case. I notice when my posts are longer, it adds to my post count, but when I post just a few words, it didn't change... somebody correct me if I'm wrong?

Its a good rule. I am on a lot of forums and this actually keeps people from just hitting and running. It keeps the quality of the forum up and better than some of the rest. I like the rule.:)

I agree, it keeps those random Spammers from posting their links and advertisments.

have you read your all posts?
You must carefully read your previous post and then check this thread
http://www.realestateforum.com/showthread.php?t=3513&highlight=signature
All your posts are very short.
Follow the guidelines provided in signature guidelines and your problem will be solved.

Many forums have this restriction - it is to stop the spammers who visit one and want to leave behind a link.
So it is a sensible precaution to make people be active in forum.
