Hello everyone. I'm excited about joining this forum and learning from other real estate agents across the country who are tech-savvy.

Along those lines, I've just spent a little over $20,000 on a new website that has custom-IDX and some other cool features. As I spent more than 6 months developing it, I am totally biased at this point and can't tell what needs improvement or could be added to make the website a better experience for the user.

If you have a free moment and could offer your two cents, I'd really appreciate it! The URL is my company's name OCRealestateAdvisors dot com. Also, if you have a cool website I should check out, please send me a PM with the URL.

Many thanks!

Thanks very much for the encouragement! The site's been live for 2 months and I've already made some small changes based on the stats in google analytics, but you can't ask any of the visitors to my site questions, which is why I'm reaching out to other real estate agents and webmasters, who may be interested in giving their feedback or swapping ideas.

I took a look at your website. It looks like a $20,000 website... very very good. I like how intergrated you are with google maps. I'll look more into it to see if I can give any suggestions.

I am moving to San Clemente in July. Going to be there this weekend (Thursday - Sunday). Unfortunately we aren't buying at this time (my wife has some credit problems) and I think we'd like to live in San Clemente for at least 6 months before we decide on a place to settle.

Seeing as we'll be moving down there, it'd be fun to get to know some people. Welcome to the board... and I'm new here too!

Nice site. I'll go through it some more later, but it looks great.

Welcome aboard.
