Okay 2 things which I think need to be looked at;

1. Missing threads
2. Hiding threads in forums if no response within 30 days.

I think the threads should always be available to read, I don't always have time to view every single forum that I'm a member of but I will come back once in a while, and would like to read previous threads, as well as current ones.

IMO it makes the forum look inactive.

I don't think anything should ever be hidden if it is good quality content. Why would one hide old content in the first place? Seriously, I am not clear on why one would... Mike, what would be a reason?

I would think that all posts are good, showing much diversity of content related to real estate for the SE's and all new visitors.

The default settings in vBulletin are set up that it is hidden after 30 days. Will go into the thread admin and change it :)
