Hello Christiana, welcome to the forum.

What is it you are about to market to realtors? A service?
I'd be willing to exchange ideas on marketing, myself am into web-marketing and try to do it the "clean way", trying not to be a spammer to anyone.

:)

Well I am in the San Bernardino County area, The Inland Empire. But as for marketing to realtors, the company I work for does agent branding and makes marketing materials for agents to use to market themselves. We design and host websites and My job is to take photos for online home tours. But it seems to be getting harder and harder to gain clients. Alot of our realtors have seemed to be hit hard during these trying times.

Besides working with this dotcom company I invest into real estates.
I have seen how rapidly US real estate prices dropped lately.
This might be one of the reasons you are losing clients (or find it hard to get new ones)

As an investor, this is the perfect time to put money into real estates and I am pretty sure the US real estate market will prosper very soon again.

And I am also pretty sure many people are trying very hard to sell their properties these days. My suggestion is to try and find out something you could offer to your clients that is ABOVE the usual services.
Try to create some extra service (that does not cost you too much though) and make the customers feel they really get something more than at other realtors.
For example you could find more free classified ads websites and make sure their property is also listed on at least say 10 other sites. This gives them more exposure and does not take too much time from you.

Best,
