Benefits of Membership at the Newest Real Estate Forum
As promised, this real estate forum (http://www.national-real-estate-directory.com/real-estate-forum/index.php?) is truly different. But the major differences are not the obvious.
This forum was designed for REALTORS® and real estate Webmasters to interact, exchange ideas and network with each other.
Let’s face it. We each are here with our own agendas, be it to learn how to promote our real estate business through better web design, techniques for SEO (Search Engine Optimization), or just to network to expand your referral base. The reasons you are here doesn’t matter. It only matters that you achieve your objective. The only way to accomplish this is by participation.
That is why Membership is divided into levels. Simply put, the higher the level you achieve, the more the forum is opened up to you, and the information or assistance you seek is available.
There are many Threads that you are currently unable to see, and won’t be until you reach a plateau. These Threads are where the heavy duty, down and dirty information takes place.
Why is it this way? For two reasons. Most REALTORS® are relatively naive on many subjects found in this Real Estate Forum. Many of you have never heard of a Blog, or SEO until you stumbled onto this forum, so turning you lose without the proper introduction into the higher levels of this forum would most likely confuse and or frustrate you. By the time you work up to the TOP FLOOR, you will be familiar with most of the terms and techniques used in the TOP FLOOR Room.
By the time you work your way through the TOP FLOOR, you will be ready for the information and challenges of membership to the PRESIDENTIAL SUITE. From there you advance to the PENTHOUSE where all the top ranked professionals gather.
Each time you reach a higher level of Membership, the extra benefits increase such as site promotion for your real estate site or services that is unavailable to non-members or members on a lower floor. What are the rest of the benefits for the TOP FLOOR, PRESIDENTIAL SUITE & The PENTHOUSE Memberships? Well, you would need to get there to find out, but trust me… you won’t be disappointed.
Criteria:
TOP FLOOR Membership requires 50 post to this forum and 5 *referrals to this forum.
PRESIDENTIAL SUITE Membership requires 100 post to this forum 10 *referrals to this forum.
PENTHOUSE Membership requires 200 post to this forum 20 *referrals to this forum.
So the ability to fulfill what ever goals you had that brought you to this Real Estate Forum are now within your grasp, and in YOUR hands.
*Referrals – To receive credit for a referral, be sure and tell the individual that you invite, to list your login name as “Referred by” when they initially register on the forum.

This is a doable plan. By more participation, Real Estate Forum (http://www.national-real-estate-directory.com/real-estate-forum/) members unlock parts of the forum that are not currently visible to them.
This helps the more committed REALTORS®, website builders and other real estate related marketers to interact with likeminded individuals. And the promise of additional benefits as we reach a higher “Floor” is intriguing.
Members that are serious about sharpening their skills, improving their business and market share will have no problem advancing to the upper “Floors”.
Sounds exciting! :D

Sounds a good idea and something else for us guys to have a look at. The only thing for me is the referals - time !!!!
For me forums need to be straight forward without having to put extra time and effort into something that is not a priority - priority to me is selling houses and making money not trying to get someone else on to someone elses website.
Will be interesting to see how you will get on, I will have a go...

Please let me know what are the benifits of Presidential and Penthouse Membership.
That may motivate me get there.
And what is the easy way to send referrals.
if we put a banner on my site, they may come and join, but don't know that they need to add my info.
How to handle that.

Interesting idea but there is not much at the lower level to keep any interest for people that are experienced in real estate, blogging and forums. May want to consider some additional topics.

I agree that forums are always a best place to learn new things, share ideas and build community and there is always a day when someone post his/her 1st post but if he/she continues..... PENTHOUSE is not far away :)

I get great inputs on this forum and ideas for buying realestate.
It is great having these kind of resources to ask questions on and get great responses.
I am really concerned though about the realestate markets right now and just wonder when it is going to come back.
Any guesses?
Are buying realestate for rentals a good idea right now?
If the market is flooded with properties won't that drive the rental market down?

Greetings,
It is my first time here in real estate forum. The whole reason I am here is pretty much as the same reasons like everybody else, business and knowledge. I am still a real estate agent and former mortgage agent but I am practicing now more in technology. When I started this career, it was bit of a challenge but now it all comes down into a single pie. the more you learn - the more it get expensive.:)

The idea of levels and the way people spoke about the higher levels just cracked me up. It reminded me of Amway. Hope nobody makes me light a candle and wave it singing cumbiyah. Despite finding finding the way this forums concept was explained humorous. I have to say I think it is a intersting concept to help reduce spam and get people to stay active.

Interesting forum, just too bad for me, not many people from the Portuguese Real Estate Market :-(
I guess Portugal, the Noth and central Portugal will be a dynamic place to invest in near future so I just need to take my time.
Thanks for all the tips anyway.
