Real Estate Forum

I have decided to put up 4 real estate forums for a vote.
This one included.
The other 3 have been an inspiration to many.
The criterias to be voted on should be the following:

Where have you learned the most.
Where do you enjoy the vibe the best.
Where have you received the best support.
Which one do you frequent the most (often an indicator for the undecided).
Where do you feel the new people get the right welcoming.
Which forum has been listening to your needs the most.

I wasn't going to nominate ourslves but members have asked me to do so.
Vote on your belief!

Sincerely,

Mike

Well software wise this one but agents online seems to have a huge user base that keeps the forum as busy as heck. I moderate 4 topics and there is 100+ posts daily in those. Board was established in 1999 though I believe.

Member quality is a toss up but there is more technical help, diverse topics, and less drama in here.

Yesterday I found
http://www.prorealestatenetwork.com/
which appears to have come into existance as a backlash from REW. There are several interesting discussions going on and a lot of drama

There is a new real estate forum at Homefindinginfo.com. Nothing special, just another real estate forum, BUT there is an ADDED BENEFIT in that they are a lead generation and agent directory site.... AND...
If you are a licensed real estate agent, you can get listed as their "Top Rated Agent" for your city and state.

HOW you ask. The post is below, but you must simply join and post a minimum of 15 times. Once you've done this, you're in!

Here's the post with the offer:

Here's the link to the Forum:

We have paid over $6000 for our website and would like some assistance in getting the money back. It is the most advanced mls on the net. Since we have a minimal charge for our service, we would like some assistance in keeping our site alive. If possible, please either click on our google ads or ordering our Renters Guide. The renters guide is extremely informative and if would help us support our cause in creating a NO FEE service for our clients in NYC. Our renters guide are only $15. You can pay more then $15. That would be greatly appreciated. We also have a forum on our site.

Thanx A lot

Ha - did you actually think you'd get a non-biased poll? :-)

to be honest, I'm still a little too new to the game to have a favorite, but i've got no complaints about realestateforum.com.

Well, didnt get the chance to vote but - it is definatley for me between REW and REF but I have seen alot of the same content/questions/threads on both of them.

Also same users so you dont get to learn any different from both.

But they are both the best two out there - I dont use agentsonline but ive seen realestatetalks - but still havent registered as two is enough for me at the moment, might have a look though.
