Seriously though, I would like to thank all those people who are willing to allow me to have a clean slate with all the members here. I would like to extend an apology to all members for some of my past posting history. As a super mod I should have known better and just kept my ego in check. We all make mistakes but the ones I made as a super mod was inexcusable.
I would also like to extend a big thank you to Mike for understanding and giving this old dog a second chance. I am very happy to be back here and hope that in some way I will be able to offer this forum not only a little piece of my soul but also some very valuable knowledge that I have learned or gained through my experience within the real estate industry.
One again Thank you all for allowing me this opportunity to come back into the fold.
