Many online real estate sites do not work because they scam people, they put up old, faulty listings, or they are put up by the big realty companies to promote themselves, which is fine. But, I have been looking for a site other than craigslist.com which lets people sell their own properties online safety and securely. One that allows people to put up their info on their house in minutes and access the breadth of the web. One that has the potential revolutionize the industry and put it more in the hands of the common person. Anyone agree?
On my internet travels I found a site that does this pretty well which I would recommend – I have used it with great success so far. Just go to google and type in "SeeAllListings.com" (I cannot add a link until my 15th post, or I would have)

So do you own the site or an employee?

Hehe...I was on my way to ask the exact same question...
I think so, he's the probably the owner :p
I went to your website and it does not have all the listings. In fact it has hardly any listings at all.
This is probably just an oversight seeing as how honest you are being with us.

Why do these guys think people are so stupid that they can come in a play like they have no affiliation with a site and then promote it? I just dont get it.

He is probably someone that gets paid to post on real estate forums to draw traffic back to the site. Most of these posters are people in India and the Phillippines trying to make a few bucks.

Look guys,
I don't know what else to do prove I'm not a spammer but the fact that you assume I am some professional spammer from India or the Philippines is not only ignorant on your part (is everyone who suggests a site a spammer?), but it seems actually prejudicial. For, if I was from one of the countries you mentioned and was just looking into this forum, is this the message your really want to send? It seems counterproductive and deleterious to vitality of the discussions and RealeStateForum.com.
I know SeeAllListings is in its nascent stages, which perhaps I should have mentioned, but I think it has the potential for what I mentioned in my original post.
This was not a nice experience for my first post on this site and I'd appreciate you keep the discussion on topic. No one even tried to answer my question which was of actual relevance to the site. Why waste everyone's time with such useless responses?
You guys disappoint me.
You have made the same worthless post on other forums which classifies you as a spammer. One of your spammy posts was on a thread that I had started and had nothing to do with your crappy site but you saw fit to hijack that thread for your own gain.
Spam is spam no matter how you try to hide it. Posting it on multiple forums only proves your a spammer and not very good at it.

OK I guess you don't want an intelligent real estate buy/seller to contribute to our discussions and so I will use another forum and badmouth this forum as much as I can because you have unfairly judged me and you know it.
I'm sending a message to the admin and if need be, I am going to report abuses on this website to google.
Thanks for contributing so much substance to the forum Greg - really.

If I saw you as a contributor I would not have said the things I did.
However, on 2 forums that I frequent, you showed up and in 1 day you made your first 3 posts on those 2 forums and all 3 posts said the same thing and all 3 posts were promoting some new website.
Classic spam.

Yeah we have another one that just enter in another thread. I really dont mind people promoting themselves or their websites it's just when they come into a forum, give nothing back, and then self promote. If everyone did this spending time on this forum would become worthless.

OK - I'll bite...
Many online real estate sites do not work because they scam people, they put up old, faulty listings, or they are put up by the big realty companies to promote themselves, which is fine.
The first thing I got out of this sentence is that the poster is stating that it's OK to scam people. Interesting.
The real estate sites don't work for who, the seller? Big realty companies? Do you mean brokers and agents or FSBO sites?
The ultimate goal of an agent or broker is to sell property. How are they scamming people? What's wrong with them promoting their company?
One that allows people to put up their info on their house in minutes and access the breadth of the web.
How will people find your site? Are you marketing across the country in print and on radio and TV? Pay per click? Your site certainly is not optimized for search engines. Heck, the most basic tactic of SEO is proper title tags and all of yours say your site name. Others have no title tag.
I'm not being mean here - but if you do not have a marketing plan to generate exposure for these sites I would consider THAT to be a scam.
Your little home page intro talks about "exhaustive content". I don't see that on your site. What I do see is the same basic (plagiarized) real estate articles found on 10 million other sites on the internet.
Look - when you come and post on a forum things like "I have used it with great success so far" you're setting yourself up to get hammered. What you should be doing is reading this forum thoroughly and asking questions on how you can improve and promote your site the proper way. There are a lot of succesful and talented people that contribute on this forum.
BTW - you mentioned sending a PM to an admin. I am an admin on this forum, and I know exactly why you got ripped by some members. It's because many of these members absolutely hate to see people taken advantage of - even if you are offering free listings. As it stands right now I don't see how your site benefits anyone.
That CAN change if you put a lot of hard work into it. You're more than welcome to participate on these forums, contribute, and ask questions. You might even learn how to make your site a successful one for yourself and people posting listings on your site.

the best way to find a credible real estate site is to look for their affiliate and then check if their site is dynamic in that case you will notice that they are updating their contents from time to time.

Hi
I could upload things, before anything I wanted to upload it had to be less than 1 megabit.
Thanks
