Some blog sites use "nofollow" tags... not just for comment section, for all out going links.
Do not create a blog site by using those sites...You will not get any SEO benefit out of your blog..

blogspot.com, bloguni.com, blogdrive.com, blog.co.uk.. those are some good blogs with good linking benefits.......do not use a blog site with "nofollow" tags...
