know of some good real estate affiliate programs? The ones on www.cj.com are not very good and Google Adsense (http://www.national-real-estate-directory.com/real-estate-forum/forumdisplay.php?f=173 ) doesn't seem to pay nearly what the real estate traffic is worth IMO.

Foreclosure sites do OK
beyond that, i don't know of much

Citibank and yahoo have good affilate programs, but I do like cj too.

I heard that foreclosuregods.com has a really good one. Its being promoted by the major gurus online.

Also foreclosures.com has a good one too
