A backlink on Yahoo or google or msn, all the same, are links that point back to your site from another site. The object is to build quality backlinks constantly but dont get them from linkfarms

My websites come up so well on Yahoo, I wish the world would switch over.

backlinks can come from directory listings, forum posts, link exchanges, blog posts. building quality backlinks from authority sites is essential to ranking in top positions for both yahoo and google. by designing a strategic linking campaign, you can build quality backlinks over time and increase your rankings in the SERPs, careful not to build to many backlinks in short period of time or you could be penalized in the SEs

Well for me in order to rank in Yahoo gather more backlinks, because still yahoo depends on how many backlinks that your site have, less on onpage optimization

Your question is confusing, btw, to see your backlinks on Yahoo type this on the Search Box.

link:<yourdomain.com>

and it'll show the backlinks of your site. I hope that's the answer ;)

I'm struggling to understand what you mean... backlinks on yahoo are the same as the backlinks anywere else. People tend to say check your yahoo backlinks because yahoo gives a full list of everyone linking to your site.

Rather than Google who only publish random links to withhold data.

How do you exactly get on a link farm? I have a friend that was placed on one and got caught up in this huge linkfarm/spam ordeal. Eventually he had to change his domain.
