Knowing exactly what you're asking would be helpful.
How does your site get misconstrued as SPAM? There is a good article on Wikipedia about Spam. The 15 post URL rule deturs me from posting a direct link, but if you google "wikipedia spam" the first result will be the right one.
Are you wondering why some e-mail programs automatically mark messages from you as spam when they are received?

IS there a way to advertise for free without the negative label of being spam. because my companies funds are limited but we do not want to anger any prospective clients

If someone opts into your newsletter and you are providing them with information that they have said they want, this is not spam.
If you buy an e-mail list and send your message to general recipients, that's spam. There are literally hundreds of different ways to send spam - hopefully this quick comment illustrates at least a base difference.

agentrevenue rob...thanks for the helped earlier you really know this stuff well....one more thing so how can you stop your email from being listed in the buying of email..in my email i receive allot of this..

E-mail marketing & spam are dirty businesses. There is not a way to "stop your e-mail from being listed in the buying of email".
