Get as many quality and theme related links that you can pointing to your website and update your website with fresh content at least a few times a month. If you have a static website, add a blog to the site and if you have the time, blog at least 4 to 5 times a week!

amjadindiaint is right the best way to get high rankings in google is to hire SEO. SEO experts will do the rest for you..

just simply hire an SEO company to do it for you.or if you want you cant also do it yourself but this should require you to learn more stuff..:)

It's not too difficult.

Have a good website with lot's of unique relevant content

Buy a domain name for at least a few years in advance (.com preferred)
