Curious for feedback...
I am considering sending a first person letter from a buyer to a seller as a cover letter to an offer. I generally send a cover letter (from my first person), but have never had my buyers write and sign one. Do you think a seller would see this as cheesy/ sappy?
Background: the seller has had a hard time with buyers coming through and being verbally offensive (regarding the home) during their showings. The sellers (who insists on being home during the showings) made it a point to say how pleased they were with my buyers and after a conversation between the buyer and seller (and myself) had a pretty solid connection. They have been in the property for 17 years and raised their family there and would like to pass it on to another young couple (like my buyers). There is a decent gap we are anticipating having to overcome, which the seller is most likely aware of.
I know it's not a deal, but I am curious how others interpret this...
Thx for feedback.
