Hello everyone, I acquire and develop waterfront property in the USA & Internationally. I love my job, but it's hard work let me tell you. I'm looking for private investors with the following characteristics who can make a minimum of a $50,000 contribution.
Here's my latest deal:
-30 acre undeveloped Waterfront property - on a huge lake 70 miles SE of Dallas, TX. Great bass fishing and luxury 18hole golf course nearby.
-Need to raise $1,100,000 in equity, minimum $50K contribution from investors.
-Low LTV: 28% to be exact.
-Projected resale price of $4-4.5Million.
-Time frame: 3-6 months holding period
What makes this deal good:
-Short holding period
-Zero downside risk
-Potential for an above $5Million dollar sale price, making the returns astronomical.
