Only pay for leads that result in a sale

I own a high traffic site in SE Missouri. While we only post listings from SE Missouri, we get traffic from all states in the US. I am looking to refer the out-of-area traffic to agents in those areas. There will be only one agent per area and the leads will go directly to you. Payment is only expected if a lead results in a sale.
