Looking For Help Selling Houses In Michigan

I have an influx of properties in Detroit. Duplex's, Single family.

Most are in pretty good shape. Prices are cheap, 10k or less and I'm pushing seller financing with 1k down.

Anyone here have ideas on where to market? Ideas to move these properties quick? I have about 30 now.

I agree.... Craigslist & Backpage are good. Make your ads from Postlets.com or Sawitonline.com , They make great flyers to input into craigslist.
