You have to check in with the local boards of MLS. They can provide you a feed. You'll just have to check which MLS boards are in your area

I do not think you can have access to the db w/o contactiong the local association..
But you may find an MLS provider which provides you feeds not access to the raw data.. At least that is the case here in South Florida...
We did build a custom application for one of our clients. The application downloads the db everynight by utilizinga cron job. Alla listings become like your own listings, you can play as much as you want with the listings.

Did you check with your local MLS and IDX? To set up the feed?

if you are not already signed up with local association, you will need to register in order to gain access to mls data. In order to have access to our local system NTREIS, you must pay quarterly mls fees and sign contracts and addendums for both broker and agents. Are you a licensed agent or broker?

If you're a member of your local realtors board you should already have MLS/IDX though some providers charge additional fees. you just have to ask our local office for the IDX data feed info. They probably have some sort of data download option.
Once you do that you will need a developer to integrate it into your web site. Stay away from those quickie 'frame' solutions as they do nothing to help your web site with the search engines.

I have an IDX MLS feed integrated website platform ready to go. All I need is a participating broker's signature and whatever, if any, are the fees for the local MLS program.
I currently have several DIX solutions performing well in the Southeast and Eastern seaboard.
My system is easy to setup, I can do it in less than a day if your MLS association is anything close to what they are here, and they probably are.
Real estate is pretty much the same everywhere, bathroom, bedroom, driveway. That part makes it easy.

I am looking for someone to do a custom IDX for me. Are you able to perform this service.

Hi James-
I used a company called RealEstateWebmasters.com to do my custom IDX. I know some of the other agents on the forum also have used them. If you are looking for a custom IDX solution you may want to check them out.

I too am looking for IDX data feeds for my site. Every listing will supply the contact info to rightful owner/broker. Is there a website with the contact info of local MLS's?
