Scratch and Sniff Cards

Anyone use these. I saw a sample of this, where you have your typical real estate card except the card is impregnated with a scent of your choice (alot to choose from) but not sure if this works or not...anyone use this before or heard of it

Never heard of these...looks nice but not sure if this will make any difference...
