Hello:
I have what I believe is a simple question, however I am not learned in the real estate business so I might be inaccurate.
Currently, I am on a long term project (I am a software developer) whereby my client pays for my housing and all bills I incur. One of these comps included an apartment which is somewhat drastically under what is afforded to me through my contract, however is agreeable for the current circumstances. Per my contract, I can either:
1) Go through a management company to finance my housing
2) Incur the expenses myself, and submit a receipt to get compensated
This being known, I am curious of a way I might be able to exploit this circumstance futher whereby I can use some sort of third party who would act as my representative on a house. Since I can't directly take the monies myself (it would be illegal for me to directly pay the mortgage), is there some business type that does this type of activity? Whereby I could work with both the bank and such a company, to get a mortagage, where the company could skim a little off the top to satisfy the circumstances I have described?
