Hello. A friend of mine recommended to me that I post here. I have built a few sites for realators, both IDX and non-database pages. I can integrate all of those functions that you can't seem to make work right or install functions that do things like resize the ever-changing photos to fit in the boxes that you originally made for them. Go with wordpress. Website knowledge is not required, just read some tutorial. Buy or use free templates and you will have a nice SEO friendly site.
